Is blog writing easy?

Well the irony is I advise many of our clients to write their blog faithfully. The reality is, and you can see by my own writings, it is not that simple.

Taking time out of your busy day to write, to no one person in particular, is not so easy. You have a constant barrage of conflicting commitments that pull and tug at your time. So how do you decide what is most important?

You don't want to delay things until they simple float to the top of the pile based on guilt for not getting it done earlier. yet many of us, myself included, get caught in that trap.

As many of you are entrepreneurs start scheduling you business development time just as your would a client apointment. Even use your computer system to block out the time so you are not disturbed. Have you list of tasks to complete and stay focused on that list.

Do what is IMPORTANT not URGENT.

You will make greater strides on your business by staying focused on the important items, (I did not say quick or easy) rather than urgent ones. You will see what improvements are made rather quickly when you can use this simple benchmark.

That may sound like my reason of why my blogs are inconsistent. That may be but I also commited to improving in this area.
