Benefits

Once you register your coaching begins with a detailed questionnaire and a complimentary personal interview with your spa coach. It is important ytou coach learn as much about your business as quickly as possible to help you make positive change.

•Your next session will be a scheduled phone session that lasts approximately 55-60 minutes. During this time you will talk with your spa coach, ask questions and establish and execute plans to meet your goals.

•With 24 hours of your session you will receive an email or fax documenting the details of your session and the goals to be addressed before your next call. Each session will continue in this same format.

Who Do I Talk to?

Depending on your specific need at the time you will speak with either spa and salon professional Robert or Julie Cass begin_of_the_skype_highlighting     end_of_the_skype_highlighting. You will enjoy speaking with one of them based on the goals of each particular session and who can best serve your needs. This can change from session to session.

How many sessions do I need?


Each operation is different so this will depend on your particular needs. Following the initial registration and assessment we will cooperatively determine what is best to fit your time and financial resources. Our minimum registration is four (4) phone sessions. The total time required is dependant upon your ongoing challenges, intricacy of your needs, and simply your wish for continuing support.

Costs

One phone session per month - $250* per month

•Two phone sessions per month - $375* per month
•* plus g.s.t.

Other Stuff

•Initial Session: Your session date and time will be established when your registration is confirmed.
•Subsequent Session: Will be booked at the conclusion of the previous session.
•Changes to a Session: 48 hours advance notice is required to cancel or change a session. Failure to keep any scheduled calls will result in the loss of that session.
