The Operational Audit is an internal inspection process that will detail and analyze all areas of your operation. We will produce a report outlining our findings.
This process may be directed at a specific area of your business, such as sales, or treatment protocols, or may be a detailed review of all the key processes in your business. We will review, document, and then provide positive change recommendations.
The audit can be done all at once or as part of a package. The more inclusive the review the greater the value pricing we can provide.
This can be combined with the silent shopper program, executed prior to the internal operational audit, to bring a first hand customer account to the review.
